When you submit the contact form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your organisation name (optional)
- The topic you selected
- The message you wrote
We do not collect data through cookies of our own. However, third-party services used on this site may set cookies (see Section 4).
3. Why we collect it and legal basis
Form submissions are processed to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) - responding to a contact request you initiated - and, where applicable, your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
4. Third-party services
Formspree (formspree.io) processes and stores contact form submissions on servers in the United States. Formspree is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. See Formspree Privacy Policy.
Google reCAPTCHA v3 is used to protect the contact form from spam. It collects information about your behaviour on the page and sends it to Google. See Google Privacy Policy. reCAPTCHA only loads after you accept cookies.
Google Fonts is used to load typefaces. Your browser connects to Google's servers to download fonts, which may log your IP address. See Google Privacy Policy.
5. Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained in Formspree for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry, and no longer than 12 months. You may request deletion at any time.
6. Your rights under GDPR
You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA) at dpa.gr.

4. Drittanbieterdienste
Formspree verarbeitet und speichert Kontaktformular-Übermittlungen auf Servern in den USA. Formspree ist nach dem EU-US Data Privacy Framework zertifiziert. Siehe Formspree Datenschutzerklärung.
Google reCAPTCHA v3 schützt das Kontaktformular vor Spam. Es erfasst Informationen über Ihr Verhalten auf der Seite. Siehe Google Datenschutzerklärung. reCAPTCHA wird erst nach Ihrer Cookie-Zustimmung geladen.
Google Fonts lädt Schriftarten von Google-Servern. Dabei kann Ihre IP-Adresse protokolliert werden. Siehe Google Datenschutzerklärung.
5. Datenspeicherung
Kontaktformular-Übermittlungen werden in Formspree für die Dauer der Bearbeitung Ihrer Anfrage gespeichert, maximal 12 Monate. Sie können jederzeit die Löschung beantragen.

Sie haben das Recht auf: Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung sowie Beschwerderecht bei der zuständigen Aufsichtsbehörde.

3. Σκοπός και νομική βάση
Οι υποβολές φόρμας επεξεργάζονται για να απαντήσουμε στο αίτημά σας. Η νομική βάση είναι το έννομο συμφέρον (Άρθρο 6(1)(στ) ΓΚΠΔ) και, κατά περίπτωση, η συγκατάθεσή σας (Άρθρο 6(1)(α) ΓΚΠΔ).
4. Τρίτες υπηρεσίες
Η Formspree επεξεργάζεται και αποθηκεύει υποβολές φόρμας σε διακομιστές στις ΗΠΑ. Βλ. Πολιτική Απορρήτου Formspree.
Το Google reCAPTCHA v3 χρησιμοποιείται για προστασία από spam. Συλλέγει πληροφορίες σχετικά με τη συμπεριφορά σας στη σελίδα. Βλ. Πολιτική Απορρήτου Google. Το reCAPTCHA φορτώνεται μόνο μετά την αποδοχή cookies.
Τα Google Fonts φορτώνουν γραμματοσειρές από διακομιστές Google, οι οποίοι ενδέχεται να καταγράψουν τη διεύθυνση IP σας. Βλ. Πολιτική Απορρήτου Google.
5. Διατήρηση δεδομένων
Οι υποβολές φόρμας διατηρούνται στη Formspree για όσο χρόνο απαιτείται για να απαντήσουμε στο αίτημά σας, και όχι περισσότερο από 12 μήνες. Μπορείτε να ζητήσετε διαγραφή οποιαδήποτε στιγμή.
6. Τα δικαιώματά σας βάσει ΓΚΠΔ
Έχετε δικαίωμα πρόσβασης, διόρθωσης, διαγραφής, περιορισμού επεξεργασίας και υποβολής καταγγελίας στην Αρχή Προστασίας Δεδομένων Προσωπικού Χαρακτήρα (ΑΠΔΠΧ) στο dpa.gr.
